Should I make a reservation?

  • Yes. It is highly encouraged that you reserve your chairs and tables in advance to insure availability.

How far in advance should I reserve my equipment?

  • You should schedule as soon as you have a confirmed date and number of chairs/tables etc needed.

Do you require a deposit?

  • No, typically we do not unless the amount of the reservation is more than $300. Then we require 1/2 the amount as a deposit. This is non refundable if the event is canceled less than 48 hours in advance.

Do you charge extra for setup?

  • Yes, we do charge a setup fee. We can quote you at time of order.

What if I damage an item?

  • We will charge you a replacement cost for the item.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

  • Yes, we charge a one time fee of $65 per delivery. Deliveries outside the Las Vegas Valley area (eg. Pahrump, Boulder City etc) will have a higher delivery fee quoted.
  • Same day pickup is by request only for an additional $30 and is subject to availability.

When is delivery made?

  • We will contact you the day before the event to confirm your delivery time window. We plan our delivery route to best accommodate your event start time. We may elect to deliver a day or even two in advance if it makes sense to do so; there is no extra fee for this.

Can I pick up my rentals from you?

  • Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer this service. All rentals will be delivered and picked up by Bighorn Party Rentals.

When do you pick up the rental items?

  • Typically, we will pick up our rental items a day or two following your event unless we have made other arrangements, or you paid for and scheduled same day pick up. Same day pickups are subject to additional $30 fee.

Do you accept credit cards; VISA/MC/DISCOVER/AMEX?

  • Yes, we do accept credit cards. However, we prefer to accept payment via cash or Zelle. We also accept Venmo and Cash App. If you elect to use a credit card, there is a small processing fee added to the charge.
